This works well to light up all my kits that live on my shelf.
Works great. Have a group of Christmas lego buildings on our mantle. The hub allows me to eliminate the individual battery boxes and use a timer to turn everything off/on each day.

I thought it was odd that it was 7 ports, but that was perfect for what I needed it for. I was using it to plug in 7 cars with lights and this works great!

It's a nice set to use to consolidate all the USB cords from the lighting kits. I like that there are individual switches for each, allowing you to easily turn off some of the sets.

I have 2 of these splitters. They have multiple kits plugged into them. They are compact and work great. I wish there was a power source available. Currently I am using phone charger bricks to provide power. This works and keeps all my kits shining bright
