The lights are perfect, not glaringly bright, adding a nice touch of ambience to the set. The installation instructions are clear and easy to follow and the wiring is not too intrusive. Will definitely buy again when I have a set I need lit up!
Excellent and well thought out design of lights and wires. Hard to keep the balcony on second floor looking onto stage together with the wires placed as in your photo. I did a little creative rewiring and used pieces of broken base plate to add strength to the underside of flooring so balcony would stay together. I love the way the Jazz Club lights flash over the entrance.
It would be better to produce special bricks with holes or cut in's, so you can place the cables without squeezing them between the bricks. Also I would prefer to get aditional bricks where the connecting plates are already sticked on. I don't want to clean many bricks after disassembled the set.
In prinzipal the lighted Jazzclub looks very fine and I enjoyed it very much.

The lights on this set look amazing! I wish there was a 2.0 version for this set instead since tucked cable thickness can cause the power connectors to not align properly and maintain contact. You have to press around on the top floors a bit to find the sweet spot that makes the contact points touch properly.

It's wonderful. Really brings the Lego set to life. I'd only make one change. The Jazz club section should just be lit by the stage lights and the lamps on the wall to create a more subdued atmosphere. Can do without the bright white light strip stuck to the ceiling in that area.

I love the lighting detail it provides, and the new contact design allows me to take off each floor without having to disconnect anything. One suggestion- remove the overhead light in the Jazz Club. It should be mood lighting and the stage and sconce lights are already enough
Even if I did not follow exactly the lighting layout suggested in the kit, I successfully setup a nice lighting ambiance in the Jazz Club building. Briksmax gives me the best value for my money. I have installed many other Briskmax kits on my other city buildings. I recommend again this kit for this Modular.
