Well, this depends on what you are looking for? But, Briksmax assure you wide range of light kit for Lego sets and you can check out the products pictures and lighting effects.However, if you can't find your particular LEGO® set in our catalog, you can always recommend a set you would like us to build and we'll notify you once it becomes.

 

What should I do when the light not working?

We are so sorry to give you a bad experience with a broken light. however, Our products have a Two Year Warranty After-Sales Service for your purchase. Please check with our Replacement Help Page.

 

How to Power Your Lights?

We offers multiple lighting options. Package includes universal and special instructions, battery box and 1 matching USB connector, all packed in a new original box. Preparing the power bank or battery box ( Three AA/AAA Batteries)or USB Hub in advance, When you light up your building blocks, you should test the product to see if it works properly, and the power supply should be less than 5v to avoid burning.

 

How long do the lights Run for?

Our light kits will run time is depending on battery and number of lights connected, like battery drain it will get dimmed till you recharge the battery or add a new battery.

 

Can I connect multiple lighting kits using a single power source?

Yes, It is one one of the advantage light kit, You can connect other light kits using a expansion board. For that, you will need to connect the cable to expansion board, next expansion board to the power source.

 

Are your light strips and boards waterproof?

No, It's not waterproof. Please keep it in a dry place.

 

Can my child play by himself?

Our products contain small parts that may represent a choking hazard for small children so that products are not intended to be used by children under six years old. We recommend that all children who use our products do so under adult supervision.

 

Installation

 

What should we do before installation ?

Finishing your Lego sets first and then install the light kit !

 

The most important step: Testing the light first! Briksmax Light kit will add a protection bag on every parcels. However, some of the lighting kits maybe damage during transportation. If the light has some problem, please contact customer service on time.

 

Some tips for installation

 

Please make sure that the wire is hidden between two knobs of the plate, but not be pressed by the bricks directly. The wires can fit in between and underneath LEGO® pieces, plates and tiles providing they are laid correctly between the LEGO® studs. Do not forcefully join LEGO® together around cables, instead, ensure they are lying comfortably in between each stud, Hide the spare wire under the bricks. Remove the side of the street light brick, and hide the cables at the bottom of the building blocks. And LED plates are always installed on the ceiling.

 

Do you make installation video ?

Yes, we have plan to make more installation videos for our light kits, you can check with our Youtube channel or Installation Video Page.

 

Do you have online PDF instruction file ?

No, We will include the instruction manual on the parcel ,so you can follow our step-by-step Instruction Book and you'll find an easier way to make a huge upgrade to your favorite Lego set. All our kits are plug and play - no electronics knowledge needed!

How to track my order?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order had been placed, and then you will receive a second e-mail once your order had been shipped. The shipping e-mail you receive will contain a tracking number and order information for your package. Within 48 hours of shipment, you can go to the tracking service's website to track your package. When will you ship the product after the payment?

Briksmax specializes in manufacturing high-quality lighting kits in China. Once your order is received, we aim to ship it out within three business days of receipt. After shipment, you will receive a shipping e-mail/SMS for your reference.

 

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

 

Processing: Usually 3-5 working days, Peak season 7-14 days

 

Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand us.

 

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

Do you ship to PO box(apo/fpo/dpo)address?

Generally speaking, we don't support this kind of service. But currently, we could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via standard shipping.

 

So please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number for the shipping. Your cooperation will be much appreciated. All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. If an item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will have to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

 

What about the international taxes and duties?

There always no extra Custom fee. But the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

 

We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

-Small and medium items

We ship with a flat-rate to major worldwide destinations using International standard Shipping China Post Registered Air Mail or E-Packet. This international order usually takes between 25 - 40 days.

 

-Larger, heavier and sometimes when you combine multiple small orders, will be sent by DHL or similar premium courier depending on the country being your order is being shipped to, to ensure the reliable, quick and safe delivery of your high-value item. Delivery times using this express delivery will take 7 - 14 days plus processing time.

 

What about the verification of shipping?

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

 

What is the shipping Insurance?

Shipping Insurance offers superior protection and safety for your valuable items during international delivery. We'll reship your parcel immediately at no extra charge if it's reported lost or damaged.

 

Ruturn & Refund

Can I cancel my order?

(1). If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us via service@briksmax.com or contact us page on our website for a full refund or replace products.(If you want to cancel the order, it is important to be done before shipment).

 

(2). We will not agree cancel order, if your order has already been shipped. You may refuse to sign it once the package arrived but please make sure to return the package in it's original condition (unused and unopened) to us. We will refund you the price of product(The shipping charges you should bear it for the responsibility of yours).

How do I return the the packages?

1.Please contact us via 'contact us' page on our website and we will give you a response within 24 hours (Mon to Fri9:00am to 6:00pm, business days).

 

Note: Defective items may be exchanged within 15 days of order delivered or need repair within 1 year, We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good (unused) condition. Our customer support staffs may request that you send a picture or video to show the defect of the product and original packaging to research on and help you resolve any product or order related questions. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so that we can identify and verify the issue(s).

 

2.After received our reply, please send the return package to Our Return Office as we requested (if not ,any problem we will not responsible for it)
